Jacob Moore, 8, takes a music therapy class with Jennifer Pucket at his Alpharetta, Ga., home recently. Jacob has Down syndrome and can read at an age-appropriate level, play the piano, read music and communicate with sign language as well as verbally.
The City of Marco Island's Pathway Committee is recommending new sign language to clarify the suggested use of the sidewalks along Collier Boulevard.
